SERVICES PROVIDED

Through our Website, we offer the following services:

Accommodation Booking – Guests can reserve Casa Nannina in Capri directly through our Website (with online payment), or via third-party platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com.
Tour Guide Download – Users can sign up with their email to download our Capri tour guide for free. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
OxyGen Campaign – For each booking made through our Website, Casa Nannina Capri supports Tree-Nation’s reforestation initiative by planting a tree. The planting is managed entirely by Tree-Nation.com, and Casa Nannina cannot be held responsible for any delays, issues, or failures. This is a voluntary sustainability initiative and does not alter the terms of your rental.
Third-Party Experiences – We promote and facilitate the booking of local experiences provided by selected partners. Casa Nannina receives a booking and advertising fee, but all experiences are provided by third parties. The contractual relationship is between you and the third-party provider. Casa Nannina assumes no responsibility or liability for the quality, safety, cancellations, or any issues arising from such experiences.

ACCOMMODATION BOOKING TERMS

Direct Website Bookings
- Check-in: from 15:00
- Check-out: by 11:00
- Payments: accepted methods are credit card and PayPal.
- Cancellation Policy:
  - Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival.
  - If you select the Non-Refundable Option, no cancellation or refund is possible.
Third-Party Platforms
- If you book Casa Nannina via Airbnb, Booking.com, or other platforms, their terms and conditions apply, including cancellation and refund rules.

USER OBLIGATIONS

By using our Website and services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a booking or sign-up.
Use the Website and services only for lawful purposes and not misuse or interfere with their functionality.
Respect Casa Nannina’s intellectual property rights (see section below).

OXYGEN CAMPAIGN DISCLAIMER

Casa Nannina Capri contributes to the planting of a tree for each booking, through Tree-Nation. The management, maintenance, and monitoring of trees are the sole responsibility of Tree-Nation. Casa Nannina is not liable for any issues related to this initiative. This program is voluntary and does not affect your rental agreement.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND EXPERIENCES

We may feature or link to third-party experiences (boat tours, cooking classes, wellness treatments, etc.).

These experiences are operated by external providers, even if curated to reflect Casa Nannina’s premium standards.
Casa Nannina is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of such services.
All claims, disputes, or issues related to third-party services must be addressed directly to the provider.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, photographs, and design, is the property of Casa Nannina Capri unless otherwise stated.

Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the content without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Casa Nannina Capri shall only be liable for direct damages proven to result from our negligence.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Naples, Italy.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this Website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
