Capri is easy to visit and hard to know. Most visitors see the Piazzetta, the Blue Grotto and the ferry back.
The four experiences below are the ones we book for our own guests: a cooking class with the chef we eat with ourselves, a pizza masterclass in a real kitchen, a wine tasting on a terrace above the sea, and a private boat charter with a skipper who grew up on these waters.
All of them are led by people from the island, in small groups, and can be booked whether or not you are staying at Casa Nannina.

Where they happen
Cooking classes, the pizza masterclass, and wine tastings are held at La Palette, in the center of Capri Town, a few minutes from the Piazzetta.
Boat charters depart from Marina Grande.
How far in advance to book
Experiences can be booked up to 48 hours before the start time. In July and August we recommend booking earlier, as dates fill quickly.
Who they are for
Small groups, families and couples. Cooking classes and the pizza masterclass are suitable for children. No experience in the kitchen is required.
What is included
Cooking class and pizza masterclass: welcome drink, all ingredients, the meal you prepare. Wine tasting: five local wines with local produce. Boat charter: private boat, professional skipper and fuel, up to ten guests.
Languages
All experiences are hosted in English and Italian.
